the room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. i had easy access to multiple pools and the beach. staff were friendly and quick to respond to requests. the variety of food options at the buffet ensured i always found something i liked.

the gym equipment was a bit dated.

EXCELLENT Stay at a Lovely Resort!

The hotel staff offered EXCELLENT service! The restaurant manager Atiyya and Moustafa ensured we were happy. Every staff member treated us like royalty (it felt special). We left with sadness at the end of our stay because we had become so close to everyone.

The food options became repetitive after several days.

Our room included a mini-fridge and a safe. There was daily housekeeping service with fresh towels. The air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room cool (a MUST in the heat).

the hotel's staff was consistently friendly. they were always ready to help. the food at the main restaurant was diverse. i especially liked the variety of salads available (i am a big fan!). the grounds were nicely maintained.

my room needed some updates. the furniture looked outdated. i had difficulty with the wifi connection in my room. it was quite unstable. also, there were long queues at the pool bar during peak hours.
